This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.According to the Petitioner, based on a false complaint lodged by the 3rd respondent, the 2nd Respondent frequently called the Petitioner for enquiry. Therefore, he sent a representation on 25.03.2025, but no action has been taken. Hence, this petition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the 3rd Respondent has lodged a complaint for job racketeering. Thereby, they have called the Petitioner for enquiry. Without appearing for enquiry, the Petitioner has filed this petition. However, they will conduct enquiry and dispose the same within a period of one week.
4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the private respondent, is inclined to pass orders.

5.According to the Petitioner, the 2nd Respondent has frequently called the Petitioner and harassed him under the guise of enquiry. However, the 2nd Respondent has denied the same and only based on the complaint of the 3rd Respondent, they have called the Petitioner for enquiry.
6.Recording the submission of the Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police that they have not harassed the Petitioner, this Court hereby directs the 2nd Respondent to conduct enquiry on the representation of the 3rd respondent and dispose the same within a week from the date of this order, after affording opportunities to both parties and in accordance with law. 7.With the above observations and direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
