This quash petition is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.486 of 2015 pending on the file of the respondent police , against the petitioner.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the trial has been over and all the accused persons were acquitted .

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
