ORDER

This Petition has been filed, directing the respondents to grant permission to perform the program of "Adal Padal" on 03.07.2018 night at about 08.00 p.m. to 12.00 a.m. at Arulmigu Sri Moongil Ayyanar Thirukovil, situated at Thekkur, Thirupathur Taluk, Sivagangai District and to provide adequate police protection based on the petitioner's representation dated 25.06.2018.

2.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner sought permission to perform the program on 03.07.2018. Hence, the prayer has now become infructuous.

3.Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
