ORDER
The present petition has been filed by the accused persons in crime No.44 of 2026, on the file of the first respondent police wherein the petitioners are said to have committed offences under Sections 191(2), 296(b), 115(2), and 351 (3) of BNS, 2023.
2. Pending investigation, the parties have entered into a compromise wherein the defacto complainant has agreed for quashing of the F.I.R. 3.Today, the defacto complainant is present in-person and he acknowledges the fact that he has agreed for quashing of the F.I.R.
4. Considering the above said facts, F.I.R. in crime No.44 of 2026, on the file of the first respondent police is hereby quashed.
