O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] The petitioner, by way of this public interest litigation, seeks for a direction upon the respondents to remove the nuisance by parking four wheelers and two wheelers in Babu Chetti Street, Thennur High Road, Tiruchirappalli, by taking note of his representation dated 29.09.2020.

2. Mr.R.Baskaran, learned Government Counsel, on written instructions from the Inspector of Police, Kottai Traffic Wing, Trichy City, would submit that the subject place has been inspected and it is found that there are no anti-social activities, but it is found that, two wheelers are parked on either side of the road https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD) No.10496 of 2021 causing hindrance to the public as well as the other vehicles passing through the street and appropriate steps will be taken to ensure that two wheelers are not parked indiscriminately and the Authorities will monitor the same.

3. The above submission of the learned Government Counsel is placed on record and we dispose of this writ petition with a direction the respondents 2 and 3 to ensure that there is no hindrance by parking two wheelers and four wheelers in the said street and the same shall be monitored.
