PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., to direct the second respondent not to interfere into the existing civil dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the complaint of the third respondent.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the the second respondent not to interfere into the existing civil dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent under the guise of enquiry.
2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the official respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the respondent police submitted that on the complaint given by the third respondent petition enquiry was conducted and the same was
closed. The same is recorded.
4.It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
5.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
