ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash FIR in Crime No.34 of 2018 dated 31.02.2018 on the file of the first respondent Police.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the investigation in Cr.No.34 of 2018 has been completed and charge sheet also made ready.

3.In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication. However, this Court directs the first respondent to file the charge sheet before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within 2/4

a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. The petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 27.02.2024 NCC :
