N.Kumar, aged about 16 years detained illegally by the 3rd respondent before this Hon'ble Court and hand over the custody to the petitioner.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by C.T. SELVAM,J.) This petition has been filed by the father, seeking production of his daughter, Swethakani, aged about 16 years. 2.Petitioner is the father of the detenue of minor girl by name K.Swethakani, who has been produced by the second respondent. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that a case stands registered against the third respondent in Crime No.368 of 2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Detenue informs her intent to return to the parental home, a course to which petitioner is agreeable.

3.In the circumstances, this Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
