Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 herein to take immediate action against the fifth respondent for committing several irregularities and illegalities during the implementation of the Indira Gandhi Free Housing Scheme and Solar Green Housing Scheme and distribution of Milchy cows and Goats which is framed by the Government of Tamilnadu and on the basis of petitioner's representation dated 02.06.2015 within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus so as to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to look into the representation dated 02.06.2015 given by the petitioner in respect of the irregularities done by the fifth respondent viz., the President, Nallirukkai Village Panchayat, Thiruppullani Panchayat Union, Ramanathapuram District, in allotting houses constructed in the village.
2.It is averred in the petition that under the scheme of Indira Gandhi Free Housing Scheme and Solar Green Housing Scheme, some houses have been constructed in Nallirukkai Village, Ramanathapuram District. But the fifth respondent, who is none other than the President of the said Panchayat has committed so many irregularities in allotting houses and also in distributing milchy cows and goats. Under the said circumstances, a representation has been given on 02.06.2015 to the first respondent, viz., the District Collector, Ramanathapuram District. But the first respondent has not taken any proper action. Under the said circumstances, the present writ petition has been filed for getting the relief sought therein.
3.Considering the nature of averments made in the petition and also allegations made against the fifth respondent viz., the President, Nallirukkai Village Panchayat, Thiruppullani Panchayat Union, Ramanathapuram District, this Court is of the view to give the following direction to the first respondent to consider the representation dated 02.06.2015 alleged to have been given by the petitioner.
4.In fine, this writ petition is allowed without costs and the first respondent viz., the District Collector, Ramanathapuram District is strictly directed to look into the representation dated 02.06.2015 and pass necessary orders within a period of two months.
