ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is the sole accused and he was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 21.03.2016 for the alleged offence punishable under Section 307 of I.P.C., in Crime No.87 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is in custody from 21.03.2016 and a false case has been foisted against him for an offence punishable under Section 307 of I.P.C. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that the injured had been discharged from the hospital and the investigation is pending.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioner is in judicial custody from 21.03.2016 and the injured had been discharged from the hospital, this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail

on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders, without fail.
