ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a direction to the first respondent to implement the order vide his proceedings in Se.Mu.Aa.No.9561/A5/2011, dated 23.03.2001, by considering the representation made by the petitioner, dated 15.12.2014, in accordance with law, within a stipulated time. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Mr.S.Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the first and second respondents. Mr.D.Anbarasu, learned counsel takes notice for the third respondent. 3.It is seen that the petitioner is having grievance against the third respondent by making an allegation that he is running his mini bus in violation of permit condition. It is also seen that the petitioner has already made a representation before the competent authority viz., Regional Transport Authority, Virudhunagar District, who is the first respondent. Such representation is still pending and not yet disposed of. 4.

Considering the fact that it is for the first respondent to consider the grievance of the petitioner also by hearing the third respondent, this Court, without expressing any view on the merits of the contentions raised by the parties, only directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.12.2014 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the third respondent as well. Such exercise shall be done by the first respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
