Prayer: This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 24 of the Civil Procedure Code to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.56 of 2020 on the file of the Sub Court, Valliyoor, Tirunelvel and transfer the same to the file of the Sub Court, Tiruchirappalli District.

O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking transfer of H.M.O.P.No.56 of 2020 now pending on the file of the Sub Court, Valliyoor, Tirunelveli and transfer the same to the file of Sub Court, Tiruchirappalli District. The said H.M.O.P was filed by the respondent, who is the husband of the present petitioner seeking dissolution of marriage.

2.Mr.S.Vinayak, learned counsel appearing for the respondent says that the Vakalath is on the way.

3.Since the matter is only for transferring the petition and this Court does not decide the right of the parties, Mr.S.Vinayak, learned counsel (Cell No.9442091941 and Roll No.781 of 2005) permitted to make his submissions. The learned Counsel registered his resistance for transfer submitting that no grounds were made out.

Tr.C.M.P(MD).No.200 of 2020 5.In fine, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. Accordingly, H.M.O.P.No.56 of 2020 now pending on the file of the Sub Court, Valliyoor, Tirunelveli is directed to be withdrawn from the said Court and transferred to the file of the Sub Court, Tiruchirappalli District for disposal as per law.
