ORDER

It is a petition seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent herein to register the complaint given by the petitioner dated 05.04.2016 and take necessary action.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

3. The petitioner has preferred a complaint against the accused persons stating that while the petitioner returning from his work, the accused persons waylaid him, scolded in filthy language and attacked him.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR has been registered on 31.05.2016 in Crime No.112 of 2016 for offences under Sections 294(b), 355 and 506(ii) IPC. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
