ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 r/w. 379 of I.P.C., in Crime No.23 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) submitted that the first petitioner is having three previous cases, while the second petitioner is having four previous cases that are similar in nature.

4. Considering the bad antecedents of the petitioners, I am not inclined to grant relief to them. This criminal original petition is dismissed.
