ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to forward the complaint dated 01.02.2016 to the second respondent and further direct the second respondent to register an FIR.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.According to the complaint, a civil suit is pending in O.S.No.353/2013 between the petitioner and the accused persons and interim injunction has been granted in favour of the petitioner. While so, the accused persons are disturbing the possession of the petitioner by illegal means.

4. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), as per the enquiry conducted by the respondents herein, no
cognizable offence is made out and based on this finding, the complaint has been closed.
5. The respondents are directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner herein and it is open to the petitioner to take further action in accordance with law. The criminal original petition is closed with the above direction.
