ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 498(A), 406, 494 and 109 of I.P.C. and Section 4 of TNDP Act, 1961, in Crime No. 9 of 2017, seek anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent.

3. The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that during the course of enquiry, an undertaking has been given by the petitioners that the articles of the defacto complainant would be given within a period of three months from today and the same is recorded here.

4.If the accused do not act in terms of undertaking, this order would stand cancelled automatically. The respondent police are instructed to apply for cancellation of this order, if the undertaking is breached.

5.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sattur and on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two common sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioners shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

5.The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
