ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint, dated 24.03.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The case of the petitioner is that in respect of the land belonging to the petitioner and his family members, the lessee of the petitioner is making an attempt to sell the land by converting the agricultural land into plots.

4. The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner himself has made a statement before the respondents that he wanted to withdraw the complaint preferred by him.

5. In view of the statement made by the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as nothing survives in this petition.
