Mr.S.Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

2.The petitioner seeks for grant of patta in respect of the property where he has put up his house comprised in Survey No.471/1, Salaigramam Village, Ilayangudi Taluk, Sivagangai District.

3.It appears that the petitioner has made a representation to the first respondent on 08.09.2014 seeking for free house site patta in respect of the house site property, which is admittedly a Government poramboke land. Therefore, it is for the first respondent to consider and decide as to whether the petitioner is entitled to get such free house site patta or not. Accordingly, the second respondent, to whom the representation has already been forwarded by the first respondent on 08.09.2014 itself, is directed to consider the said representation and pass orders on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

merits and in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
