ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners. Consenting the nature of the relief to be granted, the notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

2.The respondent has filed O.S.No.803 of 2015, before the III Additional Sub Court, Madurai, seeking the relief of permanent injunction. The learned counsel for the petitioners state that the respondent allowed the suit to be dismissed for default and thereafter, got it restored. He would further state that the case is pending at the trial stage for more than three years. 3.Taking note of the circumstances submitted by the revision petitioners, I am of the view that a direction for speedy disposal can be given. Of course, we are now in pandemic times and the Courts are not functioning in regular mode.
