ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation of the petitioner's complaint in CSR.No.111 of 2023 on the file of the second respondent to any other competent agency for investigation. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents would submit that based on the complaint given by the complainant, enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 15.03.2023 by recording the statements given by the parties that they will workout their remedy before the appropriate civil forum in the manner known to law.

3.In view of the above, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
