Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.01.2014 to execute a cable agreement between petitioner and respondents 1 to 3 within the time frame fixed by this Court. O R D E R

The Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 24.01.2014, to execute a cable agreement between petitioner and respondents 1 to 3.

2. The Writ Petition is of the year 2014, till date no notice https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ was issued to the respondents 4 and 5.

3. If the petitioner still has any grievance, it is to open to him to give a fresh representation to the respondents 1 to 3, along with all supporting documents, within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation, the respondents 1 to 3 are directed to pass orders, on the representation of the petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
