COMMON ORDER [Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.] The petitioners, who are third parties to the writ petitions, have filed the present petitions seeking leave of this Court to prefer Writ Appeals against the order of the writ Court dated 19.02.2026, made in W.P(MD)No.17458 of 2025.

2.The petitioner/Arthur Joseph Asirvatham, in C.M.P(MD)No. 4341 of 2026, is the elected Secretary of the Pastorate Committee of St. George Church, and the petitioner/R.Samuel, in C.M.P.(MD) No.4465 of 2026, is the Chairman of the Pastorate Committee of St. George Church. According to them, the first respondent/writ petitioner, claiming to be an Ad hoc Committee, has filed the writ petition without impleading them as parties.

3.Heard Mr.A.N.Ramanathan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners; Mr.M.Mahaboob Fazil, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent; and Mr.A.Kannan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 4 and 5.

4.Considering the fact that the issue involved pertains to the utilization of funds allotted by the Government, we are inclined to grant leave.

5.Accordingly, leave is granted and these petitions stand ordered.
