This writ petition has been filed, seeking to direct the respondent to permit the petitioner to repair the petitioner's mess building in an extent of 20 * 20 Sq.ft. situated at the western side entrance of the New Central Market in Mattuthavani, Melur Road, Madurai District.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the writ petition has become infructuous and he also made an endorsement to that effect.
