O R D E R

Challenging the impugned auction notice, dated 15.06.2018 issued by the third respondent, the present writ petition has been filed.

2.Today when the matter was called, the learned counsel for the petitioner admitted that the auction, which was scheduled on 29.06.2018, has been deferred and the fresh auction notification, dated 04.07.2018, has been called for, scheduling the auction on 24.07.2018.

3.In view of the same, the prayer sought for in the present writ petition has become infructuous. Hence, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
