The petitioner has lodged a complaint before the learned Judicial Magistrate under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C. and filed this petition that the 1/4
respondent police has not registered the case, even after the directions of the learned Judicial Magistrate.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) for the respondent police submits that they enquired into the matter and found that the case is not made out and they have also filed a report before the learned Judicial Magistrate on 11.10.2023.
3.This Court considered the rival submissions made. 4.In the event, if the report has already been filed before the learned Magistrate, the petitioner can workout his remedy before the learned Judicial Magistrate by filing a private complaint. 5.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
