2. I am unable to understand as to how such blanket and vague prayer can be sought for by the petitioner preventing the first respondent from entertaining any document presented by the second respondent.

3. It appears that the petitioner has not been properly advised of the relief that can be sought for in a writ petition which should not only be a legally sustainable one but also entitling the petitioner to seek such relief with locus standi. In this case, a blanket relief is sought for by the petitioner which cannot be entertained. Therefore, I find that the relief sought for in these writ petitions is totally misconceived and accordingly, the writ petitions are dismissed. No costs.
