2018 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.SUBASH BABU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.ROBINSON, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 120(b), 406, 420, 294(b) and 506(i) IPC in Crime No.1 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent Police.

3.This Court granted interim protection to the petitioner as to enable the petitioner to amicably resolve the issue. Even after sufficient time was granted, it appears that the petitioner unable to settled the issue.

4.Therefore, this Court is of the view that this petition has to be dismissed. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
