[Order of the Court was delivered by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] Even though the petitioner has mentioned in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition and more particularly in Paragraph no.3 that one Palanikumar and others have encroached upon the Perumal Kulam Kanmai, the fact remains that the alleged encroachers are not parties in the writ petition. 2.We, therefore, dismiss the writ petition, with liberty to the petitioner to file a comprehensive writ petition, after impleading all the necessary parties.
