ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 18.05.2018 and consequently direct the first respondent to supervise the investigation.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that during the enquiry, the petitioner has requested the respondents not to prosecute the complaint and he has withdrawn the same. Hence the complaint has been closed. 3.Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
