ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition, praying to direct the 2nd respondent to conduct a fair and impartial investigation and to file charge sheet in Crime No.42/2015 on the file of the 3rd respondent within a time stipulated by this Court. 2.I have heard the counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3.The Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that final report would be filed within a period of six months. 4.In view of the above submission made by the Government Advocate (Crl.Side), I am inclined to direct the 2nd respondent to investigate the matter and to file the final report, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if there are no legal impediments. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
