PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.60/2021 on the file of the respondent police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who were arrested on 15.03.2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 324, 307 IPC altered into Section 302 IPC in Crime No.60 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.
2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, would submit that the petitioners were detained under Act 14.
3.In view of the above submission, this Court is not inclined to consider this bail petition. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
