O R D E R

The petitioner filed this application under the provisions of Section 482 of Cr.P.C., for a direction to the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 25.06.2018.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that as of now, no complaint and no FIR is pending against the petitioner. Hence, the allegation regarding harassment at the hands of the respondent police is incorrect.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
