This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 07.06.2018 which is culminated into C.S.R.No.462 of 2018 and to investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's complaint dated 07.06.2018 is pending for enquiry and the same will be completed within a period of two weeks.

3.Recording the above said submission, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks.
