No. 1164/2013 dated 14.02.2013 respectively registered at the 3rd Respondent Sub Registrar office by the Respondents 4 to 7 respectively with regard to the Petitioner's property of bearing Survey No.209/5 with an extent of 57 Cents - Patta No.12346, situated at Nallur (66) Revenue Village, Madurai South Taluk, Madurai District.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed for WRIT OF MANDAMUS directing the 2nd Respondent to cancel the fraudulent deeds of power of attorney Doc.No.50/1997 dated 08.01.1997, sale deed as Doc. No. 7276/2001 dated 03.07.2001 and sale deed as Doc. No. 1164/2013 dated 14.02.2013 respectively registered at the 3rd Respondent Sub Registrar office by the Respondents 4 to 7 respectively with regard to the Petitioner's property of bearing Survey No.209/5 with an extent of 57 Cents - Patta No.12346, situated at Nallur (66) Revenue Village, Madurai South Taluk, Madurai District.

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's claim and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy 2/4

of this order. If the application is submitted under Section 77(A) of the Registration Act, the official respondents are directed to conduct an enquiry under Section 83 of the Registration Act, after issuing notice to all the parties and thereafter, pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
