3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have already granted anticipatory bail by the Sessions Court, Sivagangai in Cr.M.P.No.3406 of 2015. But, the petitioner has not surrendered before the concerned Magistrate.

4. In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
