This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 89 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal as against the order made in M.C.O.P.No.64 of 2021, dated 19.09.2024, on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal/Third Additional District Court, Thanjavur.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. The learned counsel for the first respondent has no serious objection in allowing this Petition. 3.In view of the no objection expressed by the learned counsel for the first respondent and for the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the Petition and on being satisfied with the same, this Petition is allowed and the delay is condoned.
