ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking a direction directing the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry without following any legal procedures.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that under Section 110 Cr.P.C proceedings going to be initiated against the petitioner.
3. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that so far, the petitioner has not received any notice or summon.
4. In view of the above, there is no question of harassment and hence, after receiving the summons, the petitioner work out his remedy before the Competent Authority by participating in the proceedings. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
