This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register a case/First Information Report on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 11.04.2016 and investigate the same.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that enquiry has already been conducted and as the petitioner was not in possession of any documents, there is no possibility of proceeding with the matter further. He would further submit that on the said finding, the complaint has been closed.

4. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
