To modify the order passed in Crl.OP(MD)No. 6958/2018 dated 26.04.2018 with regard to conditional deposit of the amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.R.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner in both petitions and of Mrs.M.ANANTHA DEVI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) in both petitions on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- These Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to extend the time for surrender and to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6958 of 2018, dated 26.04.2018. 2.Heard both sides.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is facing great financial hardship. He is not in a position to comply with the condition imposed by this Court. Therefore, Crl.M.P(MD).No.5031 of 2018 is allowed and the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/-(Rupees twenty five thousand only) to the Credit of Crime No.2 of 2018 before the lower Court.

4.The time for surrender and execution of sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.Accordingly, these Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.
