O R D E R

It is the grievance of the petitioner that though the first respondent communicated in x.K.36854/r.bjh.2/2001 ehs; 18.11.2002 that the petitioner ranks at Serial No.15 in the rank list for compassionate appointment due to the death of his father, compassionate appointment is yet to be given to him. The mother of the petitioner made a representation to the first respondent in 2012 seeking to provide compassionate appointment based on the aforesaid communication. But, there is no response from the first respondent. Hence, this Writ Petition.

2. Takiing into account the narrow prayer made, the first respondent is directed to pass orders on the claim of the petitioner for compassionate appointment of the petitioner in the light of his earlier communication, dated 18.11.2002, within a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
