ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.18173 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD)No.1267 of 2025 dated 19.02.2026, in and by which, the petitioner was directed to appear before the trial Court daily at 10.30 a.m., pending disposal of the appeal.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner has regularly complied with the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Since it is reported that the petitioner has regularly complied with the condition, the condition imposed on the petitioner in in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.18173 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD)No.1267 of 2025 dated 19.02.2026 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in a month, i.e. on the first working 2/4

day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the appeal and on further condition that the petitioner shall not visit the occurrence village and not disturb the victim girl at any point of time. 07.04.2026 ogy To
