[Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.] The petitioner has filed this habeas corpus petition seeking a direction to the respondents to secure her son, by name, Kitheri Sterin Mashio, produce him before this Court and set him at liberty.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that she is withdrawing this habeas corpus petition, since the detenu has been traced and handed over with his parents and to that effect, she has also made an endorsement

3. In view of the endorsement so made, this habeas corpus petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
