To Suspend the sentence and grant Bail to the Appellant/Accused No.5 against the conviction Judgment in S.C.No.138 of 2018 on the file of the

learned Principal Sessions Judge, Sivagangai dated 25.10.2024 and enlarge the petitioners on bail pending disposal of the above said Criminal Appeal.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble N.Anand Venkatesh J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking for suspension of the sentence imposed in the judgment made in S.C.No.138 of 2018 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Sivagangai dated 25.10.2024 and to enlarge the petitioners on bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. We find that the petitioners had already filed a petition in Crl.M.P. (MD).No.86 of 2025 seeking for suspension of sentence and this petition came to be dismissed by this Court on 05.12.2025.

4. Since we do not find any change in circumstances, we are not inclined to entertain this petition and accordingly, this petition stands dismissed.

5. Considering the fact that the accused persons are inside the jail, Registry is directed to make the paper book ready and include this appeal for final hearing in the advance list.
