Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to regularize the service of the petitioner in the post of Office Assistant with effect from 18.11.1983 as per G.O.Ms.No.408, dated 25.08.2009 followed by the Rural Development & Panchayat Department by G.O.Ms.No.39, dated 13.06.2011 and consequently grant retirement benefits, pensionary benefits and arrears of pension, taking into account 50% of past service of the petitioner within a reasonable time.

ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 as well as the learned Counsel appearing for the third respondent submitted that subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, a proposal sent by the Authorities in favour of the petitioner was rejected by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. In view of the above, the learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to the petitioner to challenge the rejection order.

3. Granting the above said liberty, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
