This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the case in Crime No.6 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent herein and quash the same as against the petitioners.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that charge sheet has been filed on 31.05.2018 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Bodinayakkanur and the copy of the said report is filed before this Court.
