The Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the contemnor/ respondent for his willful, wanton and deliberate disobedience of the order passed by this Court dated 30.01.2023 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1529 of 2023.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the contemnor would submit that the order of this Court dated 30.01.2023 made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1529 of 2023 has already been complied with.

3. Recording the submissions made on either side, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
