This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A.(MD)No.260 of 2026, dated 05.03.2026, in and by which, the petitioner was directed to appear before the Inspector of Police, Othakadai Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition from 07.03.2026.
