ORDER

This Petition has been filed against the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai, who has closed the First Information Report on the ground that the respondent Police did not file any final report in the case for more than one year. The learned Judicial Magistrate No.6, Madurai, satisfied himself about the fact that the offences involved under Sections 279 and 337 I.P.C are triable as a summon case. Therefore, the learned Magistrate has invoked Section 167(5) Cr.P.C and closed the First Information Report.

2.This Court does not find any illegality or infirmity of the order passed by the Court below. It is always left open to the petitioner to file a private complaint and redress his remedy. 3.In view of the above. the Criminal Orginal Petition stands dismissed.
