This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register a case on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 23.03.2016, which has been registered as CSR No.71/2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that after enquiry, the complaint has been closed.

4. In view of the above, the 2nd respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner and on receipt of which, it is open to the petitioner to take action in accordance with law.
