The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to permit Red Sun Sport and Recreation Club No.376, 4/40, Paappampatty, Vadugapatty Post, Pottulupatty Panchayat, Usilampatty Taluk, Madurai District, Registration No.35/2023 to function by its own bye-law by fixing a time frame.

2.Heard the learned counsels on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that for conducting sports activity, there is no requirement for permission from the respondent police. The petitioner can very well conduct sports activity without any permission. In any event, the petitioner's representation will be considered. 4.In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
